1. Cancellation and Return Policy

1.1. Cancellation before shipment

  • If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on shop@lookwellsalon.com or call us
  • After verification your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded within 5 working days.

1.2. Cancellation post shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, then we will arrange to pick up the item and the same will be picked up by our delivery agent and you will be intimated about the day and time of pick up on the email address registered with us. You will also be intimated by sms regarding pick up on the mobile numbers registered with us.
  • In some cases, currently due to the covid-19 pandemic and due to travel restrictions, some items may not have a return policy and this will be clearly stated while purchasing the item.

1.3. Refunds for Returns and Cancellation – Pre and Post Shipment  

  • In addition to the cancellation option, LookWell offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can return or cancel a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
  • In case of pre-shipment or post-shipment cancellation or if the product is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

1.4. Pre-Shipment Cancellation

  • You can write to our customer support on shop@lookwellsalon.com Your order will be cancelled the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of us receiving the products back.

1.5. Post Shipment Cancellation or Return

  • LookWell has an easy return and cancellation policy wherein you can cancel or return the product within 5 days of receiving it.
  • The refund will be initiated to the same banking details registered with us subject to the following conditions.
  • Contact our Customer Support team via email at shop@lookwellsalon.com within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • We will pick up the products within 4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  • All replacements are subject to availability of stock. Refund will be given in case of unavailability of stock.
  • Part return is permissible when you have ordered multiple items and the same procedure is to be followed as above.
  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of us receiving the products back.
  • For cash on delivery transactions, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account as per the details given to us by email from you and this will be done within 7 working days after the product has been received back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

1.6. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories
  • Packing is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

2. Shipping Policy

2.1. Delivery of your Product

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possiblity. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

2.2. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an sms and email once the product is ready for shipment.
  • The courier company details and tracking number will also be given to you.
  • You can track you order after 24 hours of receiving the sms and email.

2.3. Delivery Time

  • All products are dispatched within 3 working days after receiving the order.
  • Certain products may take longer as they have to be sourced directly from the brand.
  • In case of offers and special discounts, delivery may take longer than usual due to heavy demand.
  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.
  • Sometimes your order may be delivered in multiple shipments subject to availability of stock.

2.4. Shipping Charges:

  • There is no shipping charge for all orders above Rupees 1000/ –
  • There will be flat shipping charge of Rupees 99/ – for any order below Rupees 1000/ –
